Residential - Premium
This is a new service to the market and is designed for clients with specific security related procedures or identified risks.
Typical clients include doctors, pharmacists, bank managers, persons who store large amounts of money at their home (or the perception of such) clients with art, jewellery or other valuables, or executives who may be at threat of home invasion.
The particular focus of this solution is to provide a unique/customer focused service. The size and complexity of such security systems demand special focus – especially regarding the protocols we follow in different circumstances – which may vary considerably to normal situations.
With the Domestic Premium service offering, Global Security will:
- Fully record all zone/area descriptions, user details and instructions as issued to us;
- Monitor for alarm activations and other core system signals 24x7.
Examples being:
- Intruder Alarm
- Duress Alarm
- Break Glass Alarm
- Safe/Art Alarm
- Smoke Alarm
- Tamper Alarm
- Main power fail
- Low Battery
Critically, this service level incorporates three additional features to our Domestic Standard Service:
1. Size of system – this service is designed to manage client residences which may have extended numbers of additional users, such as cleaners, gardeners, nanny’s and maintenance staff; or there may be multiple residences or components of the total property, such as flats, garaging, stables, safes, art and window break glass detectors;
2. Duress alarm/codes – within this service we have a heightened level of awareness and procedures for duress situations.
Typically, these situations are identified by a family member giving a predetermined variation to either their PIN or pass code, or activating a duress alarm point.
In this situation our operators will follow a preset escalation procedure, which will likely be quite different to a typical intruder alarm situation. It is possible that relevant monitoring operators will become dedicated to managing those situations to completion;
3. Reduced tolerance levels – because of the heightened level of security associated with such clients/situations all time parameters are shortened. Also, relevant alarm and other system signals received by Global Security will be prioritised and actioned by our staff ahead of less critical events thus reducing risks/time delays to our clients.
This service level is typically supported by a high-level consultation with the client.
