Ross Johnson

Ross Johnson ‘The Boss’

Ross has extensive expertise within the Security Industry and is highly qualified.

Over the last 20 years, he has been directly involved in all forms of electronic security, alarm monitoring, guard services, executive protection, safes, locking systems, etc.

He has managed the Security of embassies for five different countries, ports, numerous national property portfolios, international visitors and private homes.

Ross is also qualified as a ‘Certified Protection Professional’ (CPP), by the American Society for Industrial Security. He keeps a very tight reign on all aspects of our operations, having an incredible eye for detail!

Between all this, Ross is passionate about motor racing, driving two Porsche’s in track and road events.

Sales & Marketing
Petra’s background is in the advertising industry having been a suit in a leading New Zealand Agency for 10 years prior to entering the other realm of parenthood.  She combined sales with parenthood for many years and is now combining all three.  She’s the person responsible for co-ordinating things like this newsletter and any other promotional material you see and hear about Global.  She also heads up the sales team and is constantly pushing Ross for cool deals for you guys and making sure we deliver on all the promises she makes you, our customers, in the advertising!



Matt ZieslerMatt Ziesler

Technical
Matt joined the security industry as an apprentice 22 years ago and in that time has progressed through the ranks to his role as National Technical Manager at Global. In that time he has worked for a couple of the biggest New Zealand security companies completing high profile projects. Matt specialises in networked and integrated security systems for large corporate clients incorporating their Access Control, HR and OSH to provide real-time management of staff and resources. At Global, Matt and his team are the ones that make all the cool technical stuff work.



Jarred PurcellJared Purcell

Monitoring
Jared has come from the energy industry where he spent 8 years managing various call centres. Jared is responsible for our Monitoring and Customer Service teams. Ensuring that we respond to your alarm signals within a satisfactory timeframe and your response plan is followed to the “T”.  Your safety is paramount and it is one area there is no compromise. The customer experience is high on his agenda to ensure every contact with Global Security is of world class standard.
