This service is best suited to smaller/owner operated businesses, with staff/supervisors that can be trusted to arm the alarm system upon leaving each evening etc.

With the Commercial Standard service offering, Global Security will:
-    Fully record all zone/area descriptions, user details and instructions as issued to us;
-    Monitor for alarm activations and other core system signals 24x7.

Examples being:
-    Intruder Alarm
-    Smoke Alarm
-    Low Battery
-    Mains power fail
-    Tamper alarm etc

Critically, we do not actively record/act upon whether your alarm system is armed or disarmed at various times.

Upon receiving alarm activation or other system signal, our operators follow a predetermined response plan. This plan may vary depending on the type of signal notification received – such as calling various customer contacts c/- their after hours details or dispatching a security patrol.

This is a very fast and effective service.
