This is a high level service and is designed for clients with specific security related procedures or identified risks.

Typical clients include doctor surgeries, pharmacies, banks/finance institutions, businesses with large amounts of money onsite (or the perception of such) or clients that have specific time and motion recording requirements.

The particular focus of this solution is to ensure that valid personnel only disarm your security system during after hour periods and then remains armed there after. Our operators will actively challenge any instances of your security system being disarmed during such after-hours periods as an additional level of security. This also caters for duress signals or pass codes.

With the Commercial Enhanced service offering, Global Security will:
-    Fully record all zone/area descriptions, user details and instructions as issued to us;
-    Monitor for alarm activations, valid system ‘sets and un-sets’, fail to arm, duress and other core signals.

Examples being:
-    Intruder Alarm
-    Duress Alarm
-    Smoke Alarm
-    Low Battery
-    Mains power fail
-    Tamper Alarm
-    System arming and disarming
-    Fail to arm

Critically this service incorporates two additional features to our Commercial Enhanced service:
1.    Actively challenging after-hours un-sets – if during your nominated ‘after-hours’ periods your system (or area(s) of such) is disarmed, our operators will act to contact the site and interview the relevant person(s). Typically we will ask for their name, preset password (can be individual or group) and time which they expect to leave the site and rearm the system/area(s).

If such person(s) can not answer these questions we will follow a preset escalation procedure.

If such person(s) answer the questions properly, but do not vacate/re-arm the system/area(s) within 30 minutes of the previously nominated time, our operators will follow a preset escalation procedure – typically as per the normal ‘fail to re-arm’ procedure.

2.    Duress alarm/codes – within this service we have a heightened level of awareness and procedures for duress situations.

Most typically, this is identified by the staff member/user giving a pre determined variation to either their PIN or pass code.

In this situation our operators will follow a pre set escalation procedure.
