Commercial - Enhanced

This is our recommended service for most commercial clients.

It is a new service level to the market and caters for the very wide range of businesses that are larger than the direct ‘owner-operated’ business profile but do not have critically high or very specific security requirements.

The particular focus of this solution is to effectively manage large systems and numbers of users, as well as having systems in place to ensure your security system is actually armed each evening – and remains armed there after.

With the Commercial Enhanced service offering, Global Security will:
-    Fully record all zone/area descriptions, user details and instructions as issued to us;
-    Monitor for alarm activations, valid system ‘sets and un-sets’, fail to arm and other core system signals.

Examples being:
-    Intruder Alarm
-    Smoke Alarm
-    Tamper Alarm
-    Low Battery
-    Mains power fail
-    System arming and disarming
-    Fail to arm etc

Critically, this service incorporates three additional features to our Commercial Standard Service:
1.    Size of system – this service is designed to manage client sites which may have large numbers of staff/users, possibly each with individual user PIN’s and individual pass codes; multiple areas/partitions, possibly with individual/specific arming/disarming timeframes and alarm escalation instructions;

2.    Fail to arm – we will record when you expect your alarm system (or area(s) of such) will be armed each evening. If it is not armed by 30 minutes after this time, we will act to follow your preset instructions – typically to contact the site and then to either contact after-hours managers and/or dispatch a security patrol;

3.    Fail to re-arm – if during your nominated ‘after-hours’ periods, your system is successfully un-set by a staff member/contractor using a valid PIN, we will not challenge them, but if the system/area remains disarmed for a period of three hours without any contact from the client/site, we will act to follow your preset instructions – typically as per #2 above.

This service may also include some Standard Reporting and client ‘look-in’ to your activity schedules.
