We confirm that in single operations, our Management has facilitated the migration of:
•    The complete ING Property Portfolio for alarm monitoring and help desk functions – 70+ properties.
•    The complete Livingston/Colliers Property Portfolio for alarm monitoring and help desk functions – 100+ properties.
•    The complete CBRE Property Portfolio for alarm monitoring and help desk functions – 140+ properties.

We have completed four separate acquisitions which required both manual and automated population into our database/systems; the smallest being 600 and the largest being 4,000 client connections.

In addition, our General Manager Mike Ferguson has managed numerous such operations, including the migration of 8,700 New Zealand Fire System sites nationwide.

These examples represent only a small number of the client sites we have brought into our centre successfully and completely seamlessly – many of which had tight timeframes, technical difficulties or other barriers.
